DIRECTOR

With over 10 years recruitment experience, my career started when I worked for MSB International with direct training provided by the Sales Director, I really hit the ground running and quickly learnt from working amongst a close and professional team. Each one of them now being either a Director or have moved on to their own company. This really was a fast-track learning curve for me and my success now, is really down to their unique way of training.

After a time, I was head hunted by various companies and chose to head for the city of London to work with the commercial team as a Temps and Perms consultant. My reputation had obviously preceded me, as I was asked to provide training to staff in other branches which clearly was a success as sales figures were soon on the up.

During the past 2 years. I worked for a major commercial High Street agency in Bromley, Kent as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant. This has given me a sound knowledge of not only the geographical area, but also the expectations of the businesses that we dealt with. It was whilst working at this agency I realised that it could be all done better, a much better way in fact. With this in mind I teamed up with a fast moving colleague and we decided to start up our own company. I felt this was the only way to provide the level of service that clients and candidates alike really deserved. Hopefully, you will let me show you the better way for yourself and benefit from the skills I have gained from my previous experiences

I also arrange and host an annual charity ball which I have enjoyed doing for the past 11 years. These take place at the Bromley Common Cricket Club, at the last event I had over 400 guests attending. These and other events have enabled me to raise in excess of £80,000 for the King's College Medical Trust (Cancer Unit), for which I am very proud. Started her career within the recruitment industry at MSB International PLC,  an award winning organisation and a leading provider of integrated recruitment services. Danielle was trained as an IT Resourcer, this experience was invaluable, and one which has enabled her to be a highly successful Account Manager for her team.. With several years under her belt, assisting some of the best and most highly skilled and tough Consultants, Danielle wanted to expand on her portfolio and branch out within the Commercial sector of recruitment. Having over three years direct sales experience combined with her passion for the industry, Danielle is the perfect Consultant to assist you, either recruiting on behalf of her clients, or in fact finding you that Dream Job, with an effortless and professional manner.

Most recently, she worked for a more independent agency, which was a real learning curve for her and also helped to bolster her confidence making the leap to Consultant. She is honest and reliable, and will always give 100% to whatever task she undertakes.

RESOURCER/CONSULTANT

Following graduating from York University achieving a 2:1BA (Hons) degree in Philosophy and Politics, I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Auditor where I worked for 2 years.  I then joined PSD Group Plc where I was a Recruitment Consultant for IT permanent roles for 3 and half years, before moving to NetworkersMSB Plc and their Managed Accounts Division in 2003.

During the 6 years at NetworkersMSB Plc I worked with numerous large and small companies as both a Senior Account Manager and a Senior Resourcer, where I acted as the point of contact for permanent and contractor requirements for IT, Finance, HR, Sales and Secretarial roles.

SECRETARY
